Past Masters are the guiding lights of the Lodge that the Worshipful Master can turn to when his path is dark. It’s that time of year we celebrate all the Past Masters that have sat at the helm in the East. In Detroit No. 2 style, this year is going to be yet another memorable year for this dinner. We will gather to celebrate over food and refreshments one more time at the Polish Village Café in Hamtramck. This restaurant is renown for it’s traditional Polish and Eastern European cuisine, as well as for hosting Detroit No 2 Past Master events. We shall indulge on sausages, meats and schnitzels while we enjoy in revelry of a nature only peculiar institutions such as ours may experience.
We will also be raising a glass to those dedicated young men and women who have worked hard at their studies and earned our Lodge scholarships. Our Lodge scholarship awards portion of the evening will introduce you to our winners, giving everyone another snapshot into what our good works at Lodge are doing for deserving individuals in the community.
So bring your appetites, bring your thirst and bring your wallets because this year at our annual Past Master’s dinner you and your date are going to have a night to remember!
